What’s happening in Walton
February 1st - Little Women (I've watched this; recommended!) at the Walton Theatre @ 1:00 and 6:00.
February 2nd - Little Women at the Walton Theatre @ 1:00.
February 3rd - Village board meeting @ 6:00.
February 4th - Last day to pay sewer/water bills without penalty. Library closed for the day for interior renovations.
February 5th - Little Women at the Walton Theatre @ 1:00. New York State Senator Jen Metzger mobile office hours at the library @ 3:00 -7:00.
February 6th - Kids Craft Night at the library @ 6:00.
February 7th - High school open house. Middle school awards ceremony. Parent/teacher conferences. Townsend School report cards home. Townsend school talent school at 6:00 (at high school).
February 10th - Town board meeting @ 6:00. Levi's Table Free Community Meal at the First Baptist Church, 4:30-6:00.
February 12th - Teen night at the library @ 5:00-7:00.
February 16th - Coffee house at the Theatre @ 6:00, featuring Kim Hawkey, John Colonna, Evan Jagels.
February 17th - President's Day. Town, village, and school district offices closed. Also the beginning of winter recess at the school.
February 18th - Board of Education meeting @ 6:00. Book and film chat at the library @ 3:00.
February 19th - Walton Writer's Group at the library @ 6:00.
February 20th - Classic Flix presents "The Bridge on The River Kwai" at 7:00.
February 22nd - Delaware County Diggers talk at the library @ 11:00am.
February 24th - Kindergarten registration begins. Levi's Table Free Community Meal at the First Baptist Church, 4:30-6:00.
February 26th - Book club at the libary @ 7:00.
February 27th - LEGO Club at the library @ 3:30. Author talk by Kent Garrett & Jeanne Ellsworth (authors of The Last Negroes at Harvard) at the library at 6:30.

The ice skating rink at Austin Lincoln Park is now open. Skate at your own risk, and be courteous of others. And have fun!
